Moon Boots
ARTS & CRAFTS
Moon Boot presents Arts and Crafts, a platform for young artists the brand has collaborated with to create unique objects relating to Moon Boot’s brand identity.
PAIR OF PLANTS
Miche Sieg is a Los Angeles-based ceramicist and the creative mind behind "A Pair of Plants," a clever brand that merges humor, fine art, and functionality. Over the past two years, she has specialized in crafting unique pant-shaped vases inspired by pop culture and the fashion industry.
Her recent Moon Boot Vase series marked a bold new chapter. Known for creating "pants for plants," the Moon Boot commission challenged Miche to sculpt shoes for the first time—a departure from her usual designs. The project, though challenging, became a turning point, leading her to integrate shoes into all her future creations.
“When I accepted the commission, I didn’t realize I’d need to develop an entirely new building process just to add shoes,” Miche explains. "But it turned out to be much more complex. The process required a lot of experimentation and versioning. Now, incorporating shoes feels like a natural evolution for the brand, and looking back at my earlier designs without them, they seem unfinished!”
RAPIDITAS
Rapiditas Studio was founded by Layla and David.
Layla is graphic and web designer and David has been a DJ for many years and has always been involved in artistic and cultural activities.
5 years ago Rapiditas Studio was created, taking advantage of their collective creative skills and weekly ceramics classes in Granada until it became their main activity.
From the start pop imagery was used to decorate their works, from famous luxury and sports brands to iconic cartoon characters from over the last 100 years.
Regarding the work process: all the works are handmade and finished with ceramic glazes, ceramic decals and gold and silver luster.
For the collaboration with Moon Boot, the Icon Boot was created from the patterns in the same way that a textile work is made but in this case with clay.
